During this unprecedented time, we have created a platform where our favourite trainers can get paid and recognized for the incredible work they give our communities.
We lead movement classes that pertain to all skill levels, abilities, genders and ages.
Our class types vary from athletic conditioning, to yoga, strength, post-partum fitness, mobility and boxing.
We will also be offering wellness workshops through this platform: how to manage stress, how to recover from binge eating, nutrition 101, and athletic recovery.
