About the Event
If you had full trust in your body, would you weigh yourself? Measure your food? Look in the mirror wanting to be different?
If you had full trust in your body, would you think to look outside of yourself for anything?
The average person will attempt to diet 70-80 times in their life. Twice every year.
The problem with diet culture is that it has taken us far away from the wisdom of our bodies by making us look outside of ourselves for beauty, worthiness, and approval.
This leads us to feel dissatisfied and untrusting of our bodies no matter what we do.
It leads us to withhold from taking up space in the world because we don't look a certain way.
It leads to chronic low self esteem in romantic and professional relationships.
It leads us to hiding our bodies during sex.
It leads us to never finding satisfaction with anyone or anything because we have not yet found it within ourselves.
I have supported countless people over the last 10 years recover from disordered eating, and I am here to support you in discovering who you are outside of dieting!
Learning how to trust the body can support us tapping into the creative health, life, and wisdom within us that we need if we want to live an aligned life full of passion.
In this workshop you will learn: the common myths about health, why your body might not be doing (or looking like) what you want, and how to bring yourself back to the fundamentals of being aligned in relationship with yourself in a way where you can trust your body to lead you.
Includes Webinar, Q&A and Recording.
